The rest of the staff were very nice but you'd think when your business is hospitality, you'd hire front desk staff with an idea what that ment. The on grounds dining is pretty good but very expensive. The room itself was fairly nice but nothing special, but we almost didn't even get it. Hidden fees, lackluster amenities, and front desk staff that at one point were downright rude really put a bad spin on the trip before it even started. This hotel is a very mixed bag and kind of hard to recommend.
